Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
There is no sales tax on items delivered outside of the state of Georgia. Items delivered in Georgia will incur a 7% sales tax.

I purchased an item and now it’s on sale. Can you refund the difference?
Price adjustments can be made if the original purchase is within 14 days of the item(s) going on sale. Please email or call us to make arrangements.

Can I place a special or custom order?
Yes. We will be happy to alter the length of a bracelet or necklace; provide a design in a different color scheme; or create a design specifically for you. Please email or call us to discuss what you’d like to order. Note that, depending on the degree of alteration required on existing pieces, additional charges may be incurred. Delivery time may be slightly longer as well.

I would like to purchase a gift. Can you send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, we can ship an order to an address other than your billing address. If your order is a gift, please select that at checkout and we will make sure the order is shipped with a gift receipt. We will email the full receipt to you.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in $25 increments. You may purchase certificates with our secure shopping cart or via telephone.
