All available items will be shipped within three days of payment confirmation. We do our best to have every piece on our web site available to you for immediate shipment; however, due to the handmade nature of our products, this is not always possible. Should the piece you ordered be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Also, if a piece is no longer available due to a previous sale, we will notify you to discuss alternatives.
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation and insurance. We offer the following shipping options:
Under $100 = $5
$100-$200 = $7
Over $200 = $8
Let us know if you need next-day shipping. Express Mail is available. Shipping cost depends on the location where the jewelry will be shipped but tends to be in the $15-$20 range.
We welcome international orders. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., we will calculate shipping and insurance based on applicable costs to ship to your country. We’ll send you an email requesting your approval prior to shipping.
Carla Collis Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Note that credit cards will not be charged until your purchase has shipped.
We also accept checks or money orders made payable to Carla Collis Designs. Note that checks or money orders must be received before the order will be shipped.

We respect your wish to remain anonymous, and we do not sell or rent the information you provide us. Your information will only be used internally to provide you with top-notch customer service.
Each jewelry piece is handcrafted. As a result, note that sizes, colors and designs may vary slightly. Should a piece you receive not meet your expectations, we will gladly make an exchange or provide a refund within 30 days of purchase.
We hope you never need a repair. However, in the unlikely event you do, we’ll repair or replace any piece free of charge up to 90 days after your purchase.
